Cheddar in Sherry Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons soft butter or margarine | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Few grains cayenne | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Pound | |
| Sherry | 5 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cream butter with mustard and cayenne.
Grate cheese very finely.
Mix with sherry.
Add butter mixture, and blend thoroughly.
Makes 1-1/4 cups.
