 Ground round1 Pound
 Low fat cheddar cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
 Cream style horseradish2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Salt1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Onion rolls4 , toasted and split

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the beef, cheese, horseradish, pepper, salt and garlic powder.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat the grill with cooking spray andpreheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the burgers for 7-8 minutes and place on the onion rolls.
Accompany with the condiments of your choice.
