Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and skinned (about 3 1/2 c.)
Chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Directions
In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and cover.
Simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley.
