Cheddar Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes package | 1 | |
| Welsh rarebit package | 1 , Defrosted | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crabmeat | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained |
Directions
COMBINE potatoes au gratin, Welsh rarebit, milk, green onion and pepper in medium saucepan.
Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
REMOVE from heat.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
