Cheddar Onion Hors D'Oeuvres Recipe
Ingredients
| Refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits -4, ready-to-bake | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper - a dash | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Ounce, shredded | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450° F
MAKING
2. On sixteen one-and-a-half inch miniature muffin cups, srpay a coat of nonstick cooking spray
3. Separate each biscuit into four thin layers of dough carefully and firmly press one latyer onto the bottom and sides of each muffin cup
4. In a small mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper
5. Mix onion and cheese into it and spoon an eighth of the mixture into each biscuit lined cup
6. Partially fill the remaining cups with water and bake until the hors d'oeuvres are puffed and light brown, say ten minutes or more
