Cheddar Marinated In Port Wine Recipe

| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |

| Red wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
– Place cheese cubes in a bowl and set aside.
– In a separate bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Pour over cheese cubes and marinate for 12 hours to
4 days. Drain and pat dry before serving.
