Cheddar Drop Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups reduced-fat biscuit and baking mix | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Combine baking mix and cheese in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450° for 8 minutes.
Combine margarine, garlic, and parsley; brush over biscuits.
