Cheddar Chicken Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Skinned and boned cooked chicken or turkey - 4 ounces , diced | ||
| Uncooked enriched orzo macaroni - 2 ounces, cooked according to package directions | ||
| Egg | 1 Large | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Ounce, grated | |
| Pimiento-stuffed green olives - 4 , chopped | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
2 Spray 4 cups of a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
MAKING
3 In bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
4 Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each sprayed cup.
5 Fill remaining cups with water.
6 Bake for about 30 minutes, until muffins are firm and golden brown.
SERVING
7 Serve immediately.
