Cheddar Cheese Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Melted butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Idaho potatoes | 3 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cover bottom of 6-inch skillet with some butter.
Layer potatoes in bottom of skillet, overlapping slightly; drizzle with more butter; season with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers until all potatoes are used.
Place over medium heat until butter is hot and sizzles.
Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and bottom layer is browned.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat a few minutes until cheese melts.
Invert onto serving platter.
