Cheddar Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup butter or margarine
 
1/4 cup flour
 
1 teaspoon Accent
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1 can (12 ounces) beer
 
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
 
2 cups (1/2 pound) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
 
Bite-size pieces of pumpernickel bread

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour, Accent, salt and dry mustard.
Gradually stir in beer.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
Keep warm in fondue dish.
