 1 1/4 cups (5 oz.) Sargento Classic Supreme Shredded Mild or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 Egg1 , beaten
 Milk1 Cup(16 tbs)
 1/4 Cup(16 tbs)

Directions

In medium bowl, stir together flours, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
In separate bowl, combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
