1. In a blender, blend the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil, until semi smooth.
2. Add the salt and pepper, adjust the seasoning and blend for few minutes.
3. Scrape down the sides with rubber spatula, set the food processor on low speed and add the warm beer a little at a time.
4. Serve it as a spread along with crackers.
