 Chuck1 Kilogram
 Onion - 1, chopped very finely, or minced with the meat
 Few drops Worcestershire sauce
 Mixed herbs1 Teaspoon, dried
 Thyme1 Tablespoon, chopped
 French mustard2 Teaspoon
 Cheddar Cheese175 Gram
 Matured Cheddar cheese - 6 slices
 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm)
 Cherry tomatoes250 Gram
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Add salt and pepper to the meat and mix well.
2) Stir in the onion, Worcestershire sauce, herbs and mustard, and grated cheese.
3) Equally divide the mix into 6 pieces and shape each into a ball.
4) Press down gently and flatten into a burger.
5) Arrange on a metal grid and cook each side for 5-7 minutes.
6) Take off the grid and top with the cheese slices.
7) If using the baps, toast the cut sides.
8) Arrange the watercress, burgers and tomatoes on each bap base. Then place the bap lids. (You can also arrange the watercress and tomatoes on a serving plate with the cheese burgers).

SERVING
9) Serve with a side of French fries and tomato ketchup.
