Chaud Froid Of Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Hard-cooked eggs | 6 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chaud froid sauce | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required) | |
| Paprika | To Taste | |
| Olives/Pickles | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1.Cook eggs hard and cut in halves lengthwise
2.Remove yolks and mash to a paste with the melted butter, pepper, salt, paprika, and chopped olives or pickles
3.Refill whites and mask with chaud froid sauce
4.Garnish each with a star cut from a truffle or from a green or red pepper
5.Let stand in a cold place till firm

6.Serve with salted grissini
