Chatpate Neebu Recipe
Ingredients
Asafoetida powder-1/2 teaspoon
Lemons-8, quartered
Salt-5 tablespoons
Carom seeds -1 teaspoon
Lemon juice -of 4 fresh lemons
Directions
MAKING
1)Take a clean glass jar with a lid.
2)Add asafoetida at the base then, drop lemon pieces and add salt. Give it a stir.
3)Fold in carom seeds and pour in the lemon juice.
4)Cover the jar and keep in it in sun or warm place until lemon skin is soft (about a week).
5)Shake at least once a day.
SERVING
6)Serve lemon pickle with meals and snacks.
