Directions

GETTING READY
1.First peel the potato lengthwise and then cut them lengthwise.
2.Preheat the oven at 450 degrees.

MAKING
To make the French Fries:
3.Lay the french fries on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil.
4.Sprinkle some salt on them.
5.Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
6.Turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
7. Take out of the oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
To make the Bacon Burgers:
8.In a pan heat oil and fry the chopped bacon till crispy brown.
9.Drain on a paper towel. Crumble.
10.In the same pan, after draining excess fat, fry chopped onions till soft and brown.
11.In a large bowl mix the beef, onions and bacon.
12.Add salt and pepper to it and mix again
13.Form mixture into patties using your hands.
14.In a pan heat oil and fry them for 5 minutes till brown, then turn over and fry on the other side.

SERVING
15. Serve the burger patties over buns topped with cabbage and tomato slices if you like. Serve the fries on the side.
