Chatham Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Ice - as required | ||
| Fresh Orange Juice - 6 nos Or Canned, Unsweetned Juice - 3/4 pint | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Sugar syrup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cool Green Tea - 1 pint | ||
| Whisky - 1/2 pint | ||
| Dark rum | 1/2 Pint | |
| Hock - 1 bottle | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a punch bowl, add in the ice.
2) Add in the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, tea, whisky, rum, hock and brandy.
3) Stir well.
SERVING
4) Let the punch stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
