Chatham Artillery Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups Catawba wine | ||
| 2 cups strong tea | ||
| Rum | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup rye whiskey | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Gin | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brandy | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 4/5-quart bottle dry champagne | ||
Directions
Mix wine, tea, rum, sugar, rye, orange juice,gin,brandy.and lemon juice.Cover.
Refrigerate 1 week.
Stir in champagne.
Refrigerate 1 week.
Stir in champagne.
