Charlotte's Chili Recipe

2 lb. lean ham meat (or deer meat)
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1 (19 oz.) can Hormel chili
Directions
Brown meat and onion; drain well.
Add all seasonings, sauce, water and chili.
Simmer for 1 hour and enjoy.
