Charlotte County Blueberry Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups blueberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup quick cooking
1/4 cup butter oats
Directions
Put blueberries into a greased deep baking dish.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.
Cream butter with brown sugar; mix in flour and oats.
Spread mixture over blueberries.
Bake at 375°F 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with plain or whipped cream.
