Chardonnay and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 2 Pound, cleaned | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Such as chardonnay | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley | ||
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate mushrooms at least 30 minutes.
Saute in hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes until brown.
