Ingredients

 Button mushrooms2 Pound, cleaned
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Such as chardonnay2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), mashed
 Basil1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
 Oregano1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Cumin1/8 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate mushrooms at least 30 minutes.
Saute in hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes until brown.
