Charcoaled Halibut Steaks Recipe

How about trying a great Charcoaled Halibut Steaks recipe? Seafood is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. It is the perfect choice for Side Dish. Just try it once, and you'll no doubt want to prepare this for your friends again.

Directions

Use 5 or 6 fresh or frozen halibut steaks.
Thaw frozen steaks.
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Place fish on greased grill or in well-greased wire broiler basket.
Brush with butter.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes.
Turn and baste with remaining butter.
Grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with Cucumber Sauce , if desired.
