 Chirmol-
 Tomatoes1 , peeled
 Green peppers1 , finely chopped
 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Onions1 , finely chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Thyme, oregano, Cinnamon, Paprika- 1 pinch each
 Bay leaf1
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Water3 Tablespoon
 Beef steak4 7 Ounce
 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute tomatoes and peppers.
2) Stir in the onions, garlic, herbs, bay leaf Worcestershire sauce and salt.
3) Cook the onion mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4) Stir in the water to dilute to taste.

SERVING
5) Serve the beef and chirmol with boiled rice.
