Charcoal Grilled Salmon Steaks With Grilled Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon steaks - 4 | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Olive/vegetable oil | ||
| Zucchini | 2 | |
| Yellow crookneck sqquash - 2, split lengthwise | ||
| Green onions | 8 | |
| Dried thyme | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Prepare a charcoal fire and preheat the grill
MAKING
2. Twenty minute before cooking, remove the salmon from the refrigerator; season with salt and pepper and rub in a bit of oil
3. Season the squashes with salt and pepper and rub a little oil; grill squashes along with green onions until they begin to turn soft; move them to the edge of the fire
4. Into the coals, toss a teaspoon of thyme leaves and arrange the steaks over the hottest part of the fire
5. Grill the steaks, turn them them only once, until the thcikest part can be easily penetrated by the skewer
6. Toss the rest of the thyme into the fire when you turn the steak

7. Serve with a slice of squash and a couple of scallions
