Grilled Charcoal Beef Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad dressing mix | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 pounds beef top round or boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| 1 or 2 red, yellow or green peppers, cut into 1-inch squares | ||
| 16 pearl onions or 1 medium onion, cut into wedges | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 8 | |
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice and dry salad dressing mix.
Pour over beef cubes in shallow dish.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
Drain beef; reserve marinade.
Thread beef cubes, peppers and onion onto skewers.
Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot 15 minutes, brushing often with reserved marinade and turning to brown all sides.
A few minutes before serving, add cherry tomatoes to ends of skewers.
