Chappati Laddu Recipe
If you want to use the leftover chappati click on the recipe below. I generally make Chappati Laddu when i have a few chappaties left of morning lunch.Mixture of jaggery and ghee makes this laddu awesome!You can also add a few poppy seed and edible gum crystals in the laddu.

| Chapaties | 4 Medium (Roti/unleavened flatbread) | |
| Jaggery | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Ghee | 2 Tablespoon (clarified butter) | |
| Dry fruit powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1)Crumble Chapaties and blend coarsely in the blender.
2)Add dry fruit powder,jaggery and ghee,mix it well.
3)Make 3-4 round shaped Laddus.
SERVING
4)Serve chappati laddu during snack with tea.
