Ingredients
Wholewheat flour - 1/2 kg
Salt water - 1/2 tsp, to make the dough
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, sift flour and mix it with salt.
2 Gradually pour in water, enough to make a soft, but not sticky dough.
3 Knead well and cover with a wet cloth.
4 Keep aside for an hour.
5 Knead it again.
6 Form small balls from the dough.
7 Roll out into flat, round, fairly thin rounds.
8 On a hot griddle, bake for a few seconds on each side.
9 Place directly over the flame, this will puff it up.
SERVING
10 Serve with your favorite curry or dal.
