2 cups heavy cream
 
1/2 cup icing sugar
 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Refrigerate cream and mixer bowl.
In mixer bowl, at moderate speed, whip all ingredients a few minutes.
Increase speed to high, whipping until stiff peaks form.
Refrigerate unused Chantilly cream.
