Channing's Apple Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Apple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sprinkle of cinnamon | ||
| 1/2 tablespoon brandy or dry sherry | ||
| Basic Omelet | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Saute the apple slices in the butter until tender.
Add the sugar and cinnamon, and toss a bit.
Finally, add the brandy or sherry.
Fold into the omelet.
Add salt if you wish.
