 Apple1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Sprinkle of cinnamon
 1/2 tablespoon brandy or dry sherry
 Basic Omelet
 Salt1 To taste

Directions

Saute the apple slices in the butter until tender.
Add the sugar and cinnamon, and toss a bit.
Finally, add the brandy or sherry.
Fold into the omelet.
Add salt if you wish.
