Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine condensed milk, paneer, maida and baking powder along with ghee.
2 Knead to a smooth and sticky dough.
3 In a pan, add sugar and water.
4 Bring to a boil, and cook to make syrup.
5 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
6 Roll out the paneer miture into elongated shapes.
7 Gently put in the hot ghee and fry gently on medium heat until golden brown.
8 Remove from the ghee using a slotted spoon.
9 Put them in the prepared syrup and allow to soak.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
