| Chana dal | 250 Gram | |
| Green chillies | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Small onion | 1 | |
| Ginger | 2 Teaspoon, chopped |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Pick and wash the dal.
2 In a bowl, soak chana dal for 15 minutes.
MAKING
3 In a pan, add water, chana dal and salt.
4 Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
5 Strain to remove extra water.
6 Allow to cool.
7 In a bowl, combine the dal with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
SERVING
8 Use the filling to prepare parathas.
