PUT THE KHEER, 1TEASPOON GHEE, SUGAR,CARDAMOM POWDER, AND GRATED COCONUT IN A WOK & MIX WELL. KEEP STIRRING ON HIGH HEAT TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES STICKY.
GREASE A HALF MOON SHAPED DICE (CHANDRAPULI DICE ) OR A MOULD OF YOUR CHOICE, & PUT A LITTLE OF THE MIXTURE IN IT AND PRESS WITH YOUR FINGERS. CAREFULLY REMOVE AFTER A FEW MINUTES, SO THAT THE CHANDRAPULI DOES NOT BREAK. SIMILARLY MAKE MORE CHANDRAPULIS WITH THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. SERVE GARNISHED WITH CHOPPED RAISIN & CASHEWNUTS.
