Hot Champurrado Drink Recipe Video

Ingredients
cup masa harina
2 cup soy milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons carob powder
cup Sucanat or 1 cone “piloncillo”
1 stick of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Blend together water, masa harina and carob powder. Pour into a small pan and add milk and Sucanat. Cook stirring frequently over medium heat until it thickens. Additional soy milk may be added when serving to cool it down.
