Strawberry Champagne Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 400 Gram | |
| Castor sugar - 1 cup | ||
| Cognac | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peach brandy - 75 ml | ||
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice | 2 Kilogram, crushed | |
| Champagne | 3 Bottle (1l) | |
| Peaches | 6 , blanched | |
| Mint sprig | 12 | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine strawberries with sugar, cognac, peach brandy and limejuice.
2.Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
FINALIZING
3.Pour in punch bowls and add ice and champagne.
4.Stir in peaches and mint.
SERVING
5.Serve garnished with mint.
