Chalupa Loaf Recipe
Chalupa Loaf is a better mood elevator than a bar of chocolate! Even though Chalupa Loaf is a Main Dish I relish it any time of the day. A good way to use up Beef is to make some amazing Chalupa Loaf. I cant believe you still haven't attempted to prepare my Chalupa Loaf recipe.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 doz. tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef in oil in large skillet.
Add chili powder and onion; simmer until onion is tender.
Add milk, tomato sauce and salt.
Simmer until mixture is blended.
Cut tortillas in strips.
Alternate layers of tortillas, beef mixture and cheese in baking dish.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 40 minutes.
