Ingredients

 Rhubarb sauce 1 1/2 cups moderately sweet
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Tarragon vinegar 1 tablespoon
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, minced
 Cocktail sausages, wiener rounds, or cubed canned ham 3 cups

Directions

Mix all ingredients but meat; simmer in a skillet for a few minutes to blend.
Add meat and simmer gently for 15 minutes or more.
Then transfer to a chafing dish.
Provide cocktail picks for spearing meat.
