| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| 1 Ige. white onion, grated | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Chili Sauce | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| 1/2 Ige. jar grape jelly | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
Directions
Place the ground beef, egg, onion and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into marble-sized balls.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and add the meatballs.
Simmer until meatballs are done.
Place in a chafing dish to serve.

i think these are the meatballs i had at a party almost 6 years ago and i have been searching for this receipe since... are these meatballs in a creamy light white sauce???????? and also can you make place the mini meatballs in a crockpot on low to cook them also is the taste a kinda sweet taste?????

Hi Heaven Szczepaniak, these meatballs are not in a light creamy white sauce but a sweet-spicy sauce (grape jelly and chili sauce). You can definitely cook them in a crockpot or slow cooker. These are indeed perfect for a cocktail party. Make the meatballs small and serve them with toothpicks or small forks.
