Chafing Dish Lobster Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Scallions spring | 8 | |
| 2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered | ||

| 1 small glass dry white wine or vermouth | ||
| Meat from 1 cooked lobster, cut into squares | ||

Directions
Heat the oil in the chafing dish, add the bulbous part of the onions whole, leave for 1 minute then add the tomatoes and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the wine and when it bubbles add the lobster.
