 Corn oil3 Tablespoon

 2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
 Salt, pepper
 1 small glass dry white wine or vermouth
 Meat from 1 cooked lobster, cut into squares

Directions

Heat the oil in the chafing dish, add the bulbous part of the onions whole, leave for 1 minute then add the tomatoes and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the wine and when it bubbles add the lobster.
