Chablis Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Chablis/Null | 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (NULL) | |
| Lemon juice/Null | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (NULL) | |
| Pectin/Null | 1 Packet, powdered (NULL) | |
| Sugar/Null | 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs) (NULL) |
Directions
Combine wine, lemon juice arid pectin in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and return to a rolling boil.
Boil hard 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
