Ingredients
Rice flour-2 cups
Water -as necessary
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Dash of baking powder
Arrowroot -1 tablespoon
Ghee -to grease
Directions
MAKING
1)In a saucepan, mix rice flour and thrice amount of water and cook on medium heat. Stir constantly.
2)Stir in salt, baking powder and the arrowroot. Decrease heat and continue cooking.
3)As the mixture thickens, turn off heat and cool for 15 minutes.
4)Take a platter and grease it. Drop small amount of rice paste and shape as desired.
5)Put the shapes in sun to dry completely. Store in airtight containers.
SERVING
6)Deep fry the fries before serving.
