Ingredients

 
1 Cup boiled kabuli channa
 
1-1/2 Cups boiled, chopped potatoes
 
1 Cup curd
 
2 Tbl. sp. each sweet chutney and mint chutney
 
1/4 Cup salty bundi
 
1 Tbl. sp. chaat masala
 
1/2 Cup Sev.
 
8 to 10 crushed Pani Puris.
 
Salt to taste
 
Corriander leaves for garnish

Directions

Mix the first 6 above mentioned ingredients well Sprinkle 1/2 cup fine sev, and 8-10 crushed pani-puris.
Decorate with chopped corriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
FOR SWEET CHUTNEY 1/4 Cup tamarind 1 Cup jaggery 1 Cup water METHOD Cook the ingredients together for 5 mins.
Cool.
Mix in a mixer.
Strain and use.
Makes 1 cup.
