Chow Mein Foochow Style Recipe
Ingredients

| Mushrooms | 5 , soaked and sliced | |
| Broad noodles | 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon (For Noodles) | |
| Beef stock | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water for about 10 minutes, or until they are barely tender.
Pour into a colander,rinse with cold water and set aside to drain well.
Heat the pan again with 3 tablespoons oil and add the noodles.
Brown them well for about 12 minutes, stirring constantly, and then slowly add 3/4 of the pork mixture, and continue to cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Add the beef stock to moisten the mixture and stir once or twice again.
Turn the noodles onto a large hot platter and garnish with the remainder of the pork mixture, and sprinkle with sherry.
Serve very hot.
