Cevapcici Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb/250 g ground beef | ||
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Beer | 1/3 Bottle (1l) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.
2) Take a bowl and mix the other ingredients in it by stirring well.
3) Fashion finger length sausages out of it and add to the hot oil in the pan.
4) Turn after it turns brown and reduce the heat.
5) Push the sausages aside in the pan and add the chopped tomatoes, salt and beer.
6) Cook for some more time.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
