Cereal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated fructose
2 tsp liquid fructose
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 cup unsweetened cornflakes
2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
Directions
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Combine sugar replacement and granulated fructose in a bowl.
Stir to mix.
Add this sweetener, two tablespoons at a time, to the egg whites, beating well after each addition.
Beat in liquid fructose and almond extract.
Fold in cornflakes and coconut.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet lined with brown paper.
Then bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 minutes.
