 Barley1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes
 Brown rice1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes
 Oats1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes
 Millet1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes
 Whole wheat1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes
 Rye1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes (Whole)

Directions

Heat oil in bottom of pot and in it lightly saute onions and mushrooms.
Add bay leaves, parsley, chervil, yeast and soy flour.
Blend.
Cover pot.
Steam gently for 5 minutes.
In another pot, simmer grains in stock 1/2 hour or until tender.
Combine with steamed onions and mushrooms.
Heat thoroughly.
