Ingredients

| Onions | 1⁄2 Pound, sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 1⁄4 Pound, sliced | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Parsley sprigs | 1 , minced | |
| Chervil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Barley | 1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes | |
| Brown rice | 1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes | |
| Oats | 1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes | |
| Millet | 1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes | |
| Whole wheat | 1 Teaspoon, soaked with other grains in 1.5 quarts of stock for 30 minutes | |

Directions
Add bay leaves, parsley, chervil, yeast and soy flour.
Blend.
Cover pot.
Steam gently for 5 minutes.
In another pot, simmer grains in stock 1/2 hour or until tender.
Combine with steamed onions and mushrooms.
Heat thoroughly.
