Cereal Cookies Recipe
Yummy Cereal Cookies are so tasty! I have a sweet tooth and these cookies please me plenty! Try this Cereal Cookies recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups high-protein rice cereal flakes
Directions
In bowl cream sugars and shortening.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in cereal.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
