Century Egg with Capsicum Recipe

| 1 red chilli, de-seeded and cut in hair-like shreds | ||
Directions
Arrange the century eggs in a dish.
Cut the grilled green pepper in wedges, discarding seeds.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, mixing well.
Pour over the century egg and green pepper and garnish with the shredded ginger and chilli.
