Celery Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium stalk celery
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled
Roquefort cheese
Mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Clean the celery and separate the branches.
Blend together the softened cream cheese with the Roquefort.
Add mayonnaise to make it of spreading consistency and season with a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
Fill the branches with cheese mixture.
Press branches back into the original form of the stalk.
Roll in waxed paper and chill overnight in refrigerator.
Just before serving slice celery crosswise forming pinwheels.
Arrange 3 slices on crisp lettuce cups for each serving.
