 Celery1 Bunch (100gm)
 Apples2
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE REMOULADE)
 Anchovy paste1 Teaspoon (SAUCE REMOULADE)
 Pickles3 Tablespoon, mixed (SAUCE REMOULADE)
 Capers1 Tablespoon (SAUCE REMOULADE)
 1 sprig each thyme, tarragon, parsley

Directions

In work bowl, with the slicing disc, slice the celery stalks and the apple cut in squares.
Place in a salad bowl and add the raisins.
In the work bowl, using the steel blade, add all the sauce ingredients and process for a few seconds until the pickles are chopped, but not too fine.
Pour the Remoulade Sauce over the salad, toss and serve.
