Celery Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 oz Danish blue cheese | ||
| 3 oz full fat cream cheese | ||
| Celery stalks | 8 , trimmed | |
Directions
Cream together the blue and cream cheeses. Put the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a plain nozzle and pipe into the hollow of each celery stalk. Fit the celery stalks together in pairs, slightly interlocking them. Secure each end of each pair with an elastic band and leave in a cool place — not the refrigerator - for the stalks to firm up. Using a sharp knife, cut into approximately 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices. Makes about 30
